What does it really mean to be a night owl or early bird? As it turns out, your preferred sleep schedule reveals a lot about your health, brain and personality.

Regardless of what your sleep schedule is we strongly encourage you to get  7-9 of hours sleep each night as recommended by the National Sleep Foundation for better productivity, energy, creativity, health and happiness. Sleep simply makes every better!

    If I had a bed I would say the night owl because a good nights rest is better than broken sleep or no sleep at all… I would say!!!!
