It is estimated that Restless Leg Syndrome affects between 5-10% of the population. This neurological disorder is characterized by an overwhelming urge to move your legs due to an uncomfortable sensation or pain, a problem which can make sleep seem also impossible to obtain.

3. Don’t underestimate the power of doing a relaxing activities before climbing into bed. Take up crossword puzzles, mediation, writing in a journal or reading to easy your mind of anxieties and worry.

4. If you are in bed and feel your symptoms coming up, quickly began to rub or massage your legs to keep the discomfort from getting worse.

5. Once you began to feel to feel sleepy in bed, trying keeping yourself awake until you accidently are overtaken by snooze.
