How are we really sleeping in America? Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 7 pm, the National Geographic Channel is exposing the real truth about Americans and their shut-eye.
Partnered with The Public Good Projects and the National Institutes of Health, this is one special that you don’t want to miss. It will touch on the life-threatening consequences of not getting enough sleep and what that means for our nation as a whole. Cardiovascular disease, depression, obesity and other serious health issues are all linked to poor sleep, yet we still fail to fully prioritize high-quality snooze each night.
This is a great opportunity to learn a little more about sleep and what is keeping America up at night, covering a range of topics you may be able to relate to such including drowsy driving, insomnia, shift work, light bulbs, social media and busy schedules. Remember to tune on Sunday and let us know what you think!
