Early Birds vs. Night Owls, Who Wins?

What does it really mean to be a night owl or early bird? As it turns out, your preferred sleep schedule reveals a lot about your health, brain and personality.

In another awesome video from the YouTube series ASAPScience, you can learn what the benefits and consequence for each sleep schedule. Does the early bird really catch the worm? Are night owls prone to have less success?

Regardless of what your sleep schedule is we strongly encourage you to get  7-9 of hours sleep each night as recommended by the National Sleep Foundation for better productivity, energy, creativity, health and happiness. Sleep simply makes every better!

    If I had a bed I would say the night owl because a good nights rest is better than broken sleep or no sleep at all… I would say!!!!
