Who sleeps in your bed? That’s one of the many questions New York radio station WNYC is looking to answer with their Clock Your Sleep Project. People from all around the United States are opening up their bedrooms to answer sleep-related questions to get a better grasp on where we stand.
The co-sleeping debate is one that many people disagree on but, it’s always great to do what works best for your family. However, according to the Clock Your Sleep Project, parents who share their beds with their children tend to go to bed earlier, compared to those who put the children in separate beds.
To get a better understanding of what’s the “family bed” is like, the radio station went into the homes of three New York families where sharing a bed with 2 children is the norm. Can you relate to these families and sleeping styles?
